Abstract:
This article has attempted to discuss strategic planning in 'academic libraries in Nigeria using the
Nnamdi Azikhve , Library. University of Nigeria. Nsukka, as a case study. It identifies the benefits as well as the various processes involved in strategic plunning. Finally, ,the article presents and analyses-the strategic plan of the Nnamdi Azikhve Library.
