Challenges to University Education in Nigeria: The University Library Services' Perspective.

Abstract

The paper itemizes the challenges besetting Nigerian University System which include University autonomy, secret cult, lack of expertise in information and communication technology, privatization and attitude of the academia. It relates them to how they affect the library services. Recommendations and a conclusion are given.
