Universal Basic Education and Nation Building: The Role of Libraries in Nigeria

Abstract

The paper notes early attempts to make Education universally accessible in Nigeria. It cites some countries where use has been executed. The Introduction of use and its objectives in Nigeria are articulated. It states the foreseeable impact of use on nation building. The role of libraries in the onerous task of nation building is delineated. Recommendations which will enhance nation building through use are given.
