This modern phenomenon call globalization which is tended toward financial integrated of the world into one common economic village, have left some economies badly devastated and others economy blossomed. A A few countries mainly the under developed, have sufferedproblems of capital flight and the developed economies like Switzerland have gotten their economy built into a strong international finance center. All these necessitated this research study. ' ‘i The research study covers five chapters. Chapter one covers the background to the problem, statement of the problem, objective, scope and delimitation of the study, the limitation, significance of the study.
