Abstract:
This project is a research centered on marketing. A resort for commercial banks in the harsh business environment of Nigeria. The aim of which is to establish the effects of marketing as a strong outstanding instrument for the general improvement of banking services for effective satisfaction, profitability and growth as a major sector of the Nigerian economy.
Marketing has proved a vital factor in the banking growth, financially and otherwise.
The objective aim of this study is to analyze the yearly impact of marketing in the growth of commerical banks, their services and he medium used to carry out these functions. The Data for this project were collectd from the few leading commercial, financial institutions and environs. Also, from the banks journals and newspapers and known textbooks.
Finally, meaningful suggestions were put forward on the basis of the analysis and findings to ensure a more efficient and effective adoption of an appropriate marketing strategy that can enhance profitability and drastic change in the customers services in the bank.
