Managerial effectiveness is a central issue in management, and has to be defined in terms of the output rather than input. Effectiveness is a relative term depending on some factors such as the desired objectives, time scheduled, resources, and the experience required by the task. These factors have to be effectively harnessed in order to enhance the effectiveness of the management team. In some cases any organization may find it difficult to meet all the requirements necessary for the management team to achieve the desired objectives. A matter of concern for the team, whether or not the requirements are adequately met should be the methodology of utilizing, judiciously, whatever the organization is able to provide. This will be manifested in the management sense of objectivity, planning, innovations, control and a host of others. This paper intends to examine the extent to which all these have contributed to the success of Aero Contractors Company of Nigeria Limited and thus provide useful information to the readers especially future Managers and entrepreneurs; as to how to attain a successful organization through effective management. |
