Abstract:
The Topic for this research is the role of Industrial training and manpower Development. In writing his work Emenite Limited and Anammco limited which are executive of Industry training fund will be sampled. In collecting date for this research, questionnaires and oral interview will be form of Instrument that will be used. In chapter one the topic and it needs will be introduce, hypothesis will be formulated to guide in the research work. In chapter two the literature review and theoretical framework will be the body. Chapter three the research design and method will be narrated, while questionnaire will be designed and distributed to respondent for feedback and analysis, coupled with oral interview. Chapter four- the returned questionnaires will be analyzed and scored which will be built into frequency tables and percentage score Hypothesis will be tested and conclusion drawn. In chapter five- from the analysis of collected data, we will able to find out prospects and problems of the training fund and then end up concluding, summarizing and putting up recommendation for further studies.
