Abstract:
This study is intended to ascertain the "Banking habits in existence in a rural community with a special case study in Ezeagu Local Government Area of Enugu State: Nigeria. Consequently any business organization such as private and limited companies at banking institutions or professional bodies must have some defined objectives to ensure its continued survival and credibility to attain to enviable remarkable height among other business organizations. This study therefore, involves a review of how the "banking Habits in existence rural community such as Ezeagu Local Government have been able to cornea confidence in the public and in enhancing socio and economic development of economy with special case study of Ezeagu Local Government Area of Enugu State. In carrying out this study, both primary and secondary data have been used accordingly. Questionnaires and interviews have also been used in generating the primary data achieving a desired result in carrying this study. The secondary data were obtained through library research. Some statistical tools such as bar charts have been used further analyse the study. Also personal observations and face-to -face interviews apparently used to improve on information base required of this research.
