I set out in this exercise to appraise in-house management of commercial property. In any investment, particularly property investment, management is very essential, without which the aim(s) of the investment cannot be realized. In view of the importance of management, this work is aimed at calling the attention of potential investors to this crucial aspect of every investment which have often been neglected or been done in crude manner. To achieve this afore stated objective, I have set apart the Chapter One of this work as a preamble to the main study by defining the problem, stating clearly the aims and objectives, significance, scope and limitations of this work. Chapter Two dwells on the review of relevant literatures on the subject of management with special attention to the management of property. The third chapter is a focus on in-house management. A spirited effort has been made here to identify the problems associated with this management approach. The Chapter Four of this work have been set apart for the analysis of data collected. Here data were presented analysed and interpreted. The final chapter deals with the findings, recommendations and finally the conclusion of the researcher. |
