Abstract:
Sputa from 300 p a t i e n t s with chronic chest i n f e c t i o n s were
examined microscopically and analyzed b a c t e r i o l o g i c a l l y , Cellforms
morphalagically resemblxg those of aerobic actdnamycetes
were obscrvod, end i s o l a t e s were i d e n t i f i e d through convantionzl
tests, E x t r & - c e l l u l a r p r o t e i n s from cell-froo c u l t u r a f i l t r a
of h!ocardia a s t u r o i d u s were p u r i f i e d by u l t r o f i l t r a t i o n , and
